These Terms govern your access to and use of LandinChat's website and Service. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your business. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
- Comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta Commerce Policy
- Send messages only to recipients who have given proper opt-in consent
- No spam, phishing, scraping, illegal content or harassment
- No reverse engineering or attempting to bypass security controls
3. Subscriptions & billing
Pricing, billing cycles, conversation/template fees and overage rules are described on our pricing page and in your order. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the contacts, messages and creative assets you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the Service.
5. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the WhatsApp policies, or that put the Service or other users at risk. You can cancel anytime from your account.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LandinChat is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice.
