Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. After cancellation you will keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.
Conversation credits & add-ons
Conversation fees pass-through Meta/WhatsApp charges and are non-refundable once consumed. Unused, non-promotional credits are refundable on written request within 7 days of purchase, minus any payment-processor fees.
Annual plans
Annual plans cancelled within 14 days of the original purchase are eligible for a full refund of the platform fee. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active until the term ends.
How to request a refund
Email billing@landinchat.com from the registered account email with your invoice number. We process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we will work to resolve any billing dispute quickly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
