This Privacy Policy explains how LandinChat ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website or use our WhatsApp marketing software (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

  • Account data — name, business name, email, phone number, password hash.
  • Customer data you process — contacts, messages, templates, campaign data and analytics you send through WhatsApp using our Service.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, device, browser, referrer, IP address.
  • Billing data — handled by our payment processors (e.g. Stripe). We never store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, secure and improve the Service
  • To send transactional emails (receipts, security alerts, product changes)
  • To offer support and respond to requests
  • To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations

3. Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors that help us run the Service (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing) and with WhatsApp / Meta as required to deliver your messages. We never sell personal data.

4. Data retention

We retain account and message data while your subscription is active and for a limited period after cancellation for backup and legal purposes. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted, audited, and protected with role-based controls.
